Booking Rules & Terms

Please read these simple rules before booking. They help us keep every Chiomaxx Xpress trip safe, comfortable and fair for everyone.

1 Bookings & quotes

  • A quote becomes a confirmed booking only after we agree the price and the vehicle is reserved for your dates.
  • Quotes are estimates and may change if your route, dates, stops or passenger numbers change.
  • Please book early — vehicles are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Outskirt and border destinations attract an additional fee, confirmed before travel.

2 Payments & deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking; the balance is due before or on the travel date as agreed.
  • Every payment receives a unique reference number — always quote it in your transfer narration. Pay via the Payment page.
  • A booking is only fully confirmed once payment is received and verified by Chiomaxx Xpress.
  • Keep your QR receipt as proof of payment.

3 Cancellations & changes

  • Let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable where a vehicle was reserved and turned away other bookings.
  • Date changes are subject to vehicle availability.
  • If Chiomaxx Xpress cancels for reasons within our control, you'll receive a full refund or a rebooking.

4 Passenger conduct

  • No smoking inside any vehicle. Please keep the bus clean and tidy.
  • Seat belts must be worn where fitted.
  • Disruptive, unsafe or unlawful behaviour may result in the trip being ended without refund.
  • Any damage caused by a passenger may be charged for.

5 Luggage

  • Reasonable luggage is included; tell us about extra or oversized items in advance so we allocate the right vehicle.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
  • No dangerous, illegal or prohibited items may be carried.

6 Timing & pick-ups

  • Please be ready at the agreed pick-up time so everyone travels on schedule.
  • Extended waiting beyond the agreed time may attract a waiting fee.
  • We track flights for airport pick-ups, but cannot be responsible for delays caused by third parties, weather or road conditions.

7 Corporate contracts

  • Contract hire (e.g. 1, 3, 6 or 12 months) is governed by a separate written agreement confirming rate, vehicles, drivers and schedule.
  • Contract rates are billed as agreed (daily, weekly or monthly).
  • Each contract includes a fully air-conditioned vehicle, a vetted driver and routine maintenance.
  • Notice periods for ending a contract early will be stated in the agreement.

8 Safety & liability

  • Safety is our priority: vehicles are regularly serviced and drivers are experienced and vetted.
  • Chiomaxx Xpress is not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the booking, to the extent permitted by law.

9 Privacy

  • We only collect the details needed to provide your transport and process your booking.
  • We don't sell your data. We may contact you about your booking via phone, WhatsApp or email.
  • Reviews you submit are checked before being published, and may show your name and route.
